We are wedding photographers based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and yes - we travel!
We include travel up to 120 miles roundtrip at no additional cost.

For location beyond 120 miles:
- $.75 per driving mile
- Anything beyond 3 hours of driving will require lodging
- Anything beyond 6 hours of driving will fall under our destination packages where travel fees are included.

We start with a. consolation call to make sure we're a good fit.
Once you're ready to move forward, you'll receive a contract and invoice.

To officially reserve your date:
- A 30% non-refundable retainer is required
- Contract + invoice must be completed within 48 hours of receipt
- The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding or session.

Your images are delivered through a private online gallery, complete with a secure download PIN. You'll also have the option to order professional prints directly through your gallery.

Typical turnaround times:
- 15 to 30 days for Sessions
- 30 to 60 days for Weddings

Delivery timing may vary slightly depending on season and editing queue.

We come prepared. Every session includes backup camera bodies, and every wedding is photographed with multiple cameras and dual memory cards recording simultaneously.

Once we're home, your images are backed up immediately to multiple hard drives, ensuring your photos are safe at every step.

You're allowed one complimentary reschedule for sessions or weddings, pending availability. A second reschedule retainers a new retainer.

In the rare event of an emergency on our end:
- Sessions will be rescheduled
- For weddings, we will arrange a trusted associate photographer
- We still handle all communication, editing, and final delivery
